Young Adults Group

The Boston Center’s Young Adults Group meets monthly to come together in spiritual fellowship to discuss the applications of Paramahansa Yogananda’s teachings in daily life, create a place to support each other, and to offer unique events to suit the interests of those ages 18-40.

The next meeting of the Young Adults Group will be Saturday, July 18 at the Boston Center of SRF, from 10 a.m. to noon. 

We will join the summer social of the Boston Center from 10 a.m to noon, Saturday, July 18 at the center.  The event will take place rain or shine. 

Please join us with your friends and family for fellowship, fun, activities for all ages, and light refreshments.

Examples of Previous and Upcoming Young Adult Group Gatherings

• Vegetarian meal at Life Alive Cafe, Davis Square, Somerville
• Playing kirtan music instruments and chanting/singing/meditating
• Taking a self-guided walking tour of some of the places that Paramahansa Yogananda stayed or lectured in when he was in Boston in the 1920s
• Prayer, meditation and readings
• Picnic on the Sevalaya lawn
• Food and fellowship at Sevalaya
• Satsanga with Brother Keshavananda and Brother Naradananda during their visit to Boston during Convocation 2024.

• Plum Island Pilgrimage
